All correspondence is reviewed and responded to within two working days. During issue production periods (typically the six weeks before a quarterly release), response time may extend to three working days.
The publication reviews pitches on a rolling basis. Send a short outline — topic, angle, approximate length, and a brief note on your relevant background — to [email protected]. Full unsolicited submissions are not reviewed; pitches first.
A Direct Reply
All correspondence is answered by a member of the editorial team, not an automated response. The reply will come from a named editor, not a general inbox alias.
An Honest Assessment
If a pitch is not right for the publication, the team will say so clearly — and, where possible, explain why. Kalonix Quarterly does not send generic rejection responses.
